With Dropshipping, products are sent directly from us to your customers. Instead, you will source your products from us, and list the sourced items on your own online store or depending on how you will sell the products. Our dropship partners can use the same images, product titles, and descriptions we use.

Because the products are shipped directly to your customers, the biggest benefit of having a dropshipping store is that you don’t need the products that you’re selling in your possession before you list them.

MANUAL OR AUTOMATED LISTING AND ORDER PROCESSING

We can supply a product feed via URL which contains product information such as Title, Image Links, Description, Pricing and live Stock Level, etc. You can pull up the URL for product updates, we recommend checking the URL once a day as we update our feed regularly. Our product feed can also be customized upon request. Please send us an example of your referred product feed.

We also have an automated connection that will minimise the number of repetitive tasks you have to do, and you can focus on what’s most important.

Load via manual product feed or our product feed via integration, we can connect many of the popular platforms as you can via the table (Our support and technical team can help you through this setup on registration)

2. Order processing
Via the manual process, you can send us an official order or CSV file with order information, but through our API connection, all orders and shipping information will be automatically synced between our dedicated platforms.

3. Account Registration
In order to be able to be registered as a Dropshipper, you must provide all requested registration details as a drop shipper in the registration form provided. Your Personal Information is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse and from unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure.

4. Payment, Taxes, and Other Charges
All prices on this website are GST inclusive with free shipping. The prices for the goods are stated and payable in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment is expected 3 -7 business days after order confirmation. If there is a problem with your payment (for example, if your credit/debit card transaction is declined), we may contact you to make alternative payment arrangements.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME FRAME

Order processing and shipment times will take 2-3 business days within VIC, NSW, and SA, 5-7 business days if within QLD, WA, and NT.

We will provide the tracking number and the ETA will be given on the courier’s tracking site for your reference. But for some instances, delivery might take longer than expected due to various reasons out of our control. If the package is not within the time frame given, please track your order or contact us.
