Do you ship internationally?

Sorry we do not ship internationally, we only ship to Australian resell customers.

How much is Shipping?

We are a wholesaler that sells product to the retail and education reseller market. 

How long will it take before my order is ship?

You should expect to receive your order in 3-5 business days. We aim to deliver faster than this, so you may receive your product sooner.
Please keep in mind that we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.
How do you ship the products?

Via Australia Post, Startrack Express or Couriers Please to process all our shipments.

Can I pick up my order?

Sorry, we are not able to facilitate pickups and do not operate a physical storefront. All of our orders are dispatched either by post or courier.

Is online tracking available for my order?

Yes, all orders are shipped with a tracking/connote number. All items require a signature for proof of delivery.

What are your delivery times?

Orders are processed during Business days only and Deliveries are made between Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. Please note that we cannot schedule deliveries with our drivers, as we cannot control freight once it has left our premises. If you are not home, a card will be left in your letterbox, advising that your item will be available for redelivery or pickup either at your local Australia Post Office, or local Startrack Express depot. 

Returns & Replacements

We only accept returns if we ship the wrong item, or you receive it damaged on delivery. We will not accept returns for change of mind.
